Regarding the difference between the Classic and the San Francisco Trestles: The Classic Trestle is 38.5” high while the San Francisco style is 40” high. The Classic has 10-1/4” between the bottom of the wood beam and center of the steel pipe. The San Francisco has 12-1/2” between the bottom of the wood beam and center of the steel pipe. The two props are the same length and occupy the same footprint of about 74” by 30”.

The Trestle, also known as a Horse, is 70 lbs and ships in two packages. It is the only prop of its kind currently available that has the 4.5″ radius sanded onto the top beam and a steel pipe – not wood or aluminum. The prop ships with felt pads under the “feet”; most teachers prefer the prop to slide.
