I love my new [adjustable] Stump. It is the answer to so many of my needs. The range of heights makes it possible for me to do camel pose over it, as well as use it for neck problems and tailbone issues. The cross piece is great. Guruji had me working on a stump with a cross piece in India to rehabilitate my shoulder, but nothing I had in this country worked. Now with my new multi level cross bar, I am able to do back bends as well as other forms of back openers. I really think this product is wonderful.
